Cancellation Policy

We are committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information. By providing personal information to us, you accept and consent to our use of your personal information in accordance with this policy. If you disagree with the terms outlined in this policy or are younger than 18, please do not supply any personal information.
We will not disclose your personal information to third parties except:
- with your consent;
- Where we are required or authorized by law to do so, for example to law enforcement agencies.
Should you wish to cancel your order please do so within 4 hours of placing the order online.
Refund & Return Policy
Returns policy is for products purchased online.
At Excellent Meat Market, we guarantee the quality of the products we produce, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us via onlineshopping@excellentmeat.co.za
You may return unopened products within 24 hours of delivery for a full refund – or replacement if the return is a result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective product), or you received damaged goods.
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from the refund request date and will take place via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).
Delivery Policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be placed by 12:00pm will be processed on the day of order and delivered the next day.
E.g. Orders placed on a Monday before 12:00pm will be delivered on Tuesday between 10:00am – 16:00pm.
Orders placed after 12:00pm will be delivered the following day.
E.g. Orders placed on a Monday after 12:00pm will be delivered on Wednesday between 12:00pm and 16:30pm.
There will be no deliveries of online orders on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed after 12:00 pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be delivered the following Monday.
No deliveries will take place on public holidays.
Deliveries will take place between 10:00 am and 16:00 pm.
Regulation Laws
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Excellent Meat Market chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
