Ingredients:
- 1 pkt BBQ Beef sausage
- 1 pkt Tortilla wraps (available at Excellent Meat Market)
- 2x Red onion, diced and caramelized
- 1x Jalapeno, diced
- ½ cup / 125ml BBQ sauce
- 1pkt Coleslaw mix (available at Excellent Meat Market)
- 1 cup / 250ml Mayonnaise
- ½ cup / 125ml Pineapple chutney (available at Excellent Meat Market)
- 1 bunch Dhania, fresh
- Pan-fry or braai the BBQ sausage – 5 to 7 minutes per side until golden brown crust and fully cooked.
- Mix together the red onion, jalapeno and BBQ sauce.
- Place down 1 tortilla at a time and then spread out the BBQ red onion mixture, place sausage at the top, and then roll down to create a wrap.
- With the use of kebab skewers, start skewering from the one end of the wrap and cutting 2cm pinwheels onto the kebab stick.
- Separately mix together the coleslaw ingredients and then serve with the BBQ Beef sausage pinwheel wraps.
