Our worldclass facility, a custom built, state-of-the-art factory produces fine delicatessen foods for the retail, hospitality and catering industries. ZA export approved and independently audited. Excellent facilities for smoked products.
- Our deli facility is an exclusive supplier of cooked products (lamb, chicken, beef) to Woolworths.
- Deli produces an average of 698 tons per annum.
- 100 tons of that is supplied to McDonalds, for whom we do a great breakfast smoked chicken.
- Exclusive protein supplier to Kauai restaurant (+-320 stores in SA)
- Our Deli Facility is fully compliant with all international food and health safety standards.
